Settle the World now works with an AROS Kick-ROM

Last night I was looking into why Settle the World doesn't work with the free rebuild of the Amiga Kick-ROM AROS.

I couldn't find out where the problem with the keyboard query was, but I was able to fix it now.
It took me four hours to customise all the keyboard queries in the game, but I think it was worth it.
(as long as I haven't "built in" more errors/bugs as a result...)

Settle the World now runs in the latest developer version with the WinUAE or Steam Retro Arch emulators out of the box.

There is now NO copyrighted Kick-ROM needed to run the game.
The game now runs completely with the free AROS Kick-ROM.

I have also created a short guide on how to set up the Steam Retro Arch emulator to play with Settle the World and how to start a multiplayer game using it.
https://www.theotheoderich.de/settletheworld/divers/SettleTheWorld_SteamRetroArc...

All of this has yet to be tested, both Settle the World with AROS and the short Retro Arch UAE Guide.
I'm really not sure if everything is running without errors.
Please let me know if you encounter any problems, e.g. because some keys can no longer be pressed as usual.
